[Toybox] Hello world!

And so toybox is relaunched as a BSD-licensed project.  As to why, I
blogged about it at http://landley.net/notes-2011.html#13-11-2011 but
the summary is:

1) Android's toolbox is crap.

2) GPLv3 eroded my loyalty to GPLv2 the way the second and third Matrix
movies made the first seem less inspired.  (It's the Jar-Jar Binks of
licenses.)

3) Busybox stopped prioritizing simplicity, so I don't find it fun to
work on anymore anyway.
