[Toybox] 0.2.0 is out.

I've been intentionally avoiding reading email since friday (I'm not
even quite caught up to there) because I'd merge more stuff instead of
getting a release out.

I got Aboriginal Linux's i686 target to build a system image with
defconfig toybox, and I'm calling that good enough for this time around.
 0.2.0 is out!

Now, to address the email backlog... :)

PS: Note to self, umount should have a -k option to kill all processes
that are pinning the mount point: "umount -k 9 /mnt"  This means I need
to implement lsof and killall...
