I'll fix it.

I still need to go through a half-dozen of Georgi's emails and apply the
changes from that.  I got a release out this weekend, but didn't get
caught up on the patch backlog...

(And I screwed up the release over the weekend by forgetting to
pregenerate generated/help.h so it doesn't build on a system without
python installed. That says to me I need to prioritize finishing the C
version of config2help, and cut a new release with that this weekend...)
