I have noticed this thing, and downloaded a copy.

This weekend was eaten by the move (so many boxes!) and now I have to
head back to work, but I look forward to integrating this into my
aboriginal linux build so I can have a test environment for it.

Either it's "mere aggregation", or a license violation.  Pick one.
