[Toybox] complaining about 'ifconfig' - better use 'ip'

so if you are using scripts/infrastructure which are older
than 10 years maybe toybox is not for you 8-)

seriously: udhcpc needs a switch to modern tools
and with the wrapper i proposed it will not be a prob.
