[Toybox] Trivial uname helpstring fix

Hello all,

At this moment the toybox help string mentions the -p -i and -o
options, these are implemented by the Linux coreutils but the toybox
implementation doesn't implement them (neither does busybox, nor does
posix demand them).

So attached is a trivial patch to remove the unsupported options from
the help string and I also rename the -v helpstring since I don't call
for example "#1 SMP Debian 3.2.46-1" a build date.
