Oh right. I added the headers I could find in posix but left the ones  
that aren't posix local to the command.

I need to get a better array of build environments set up so I can  
regression test that toybox at least compiles on all of 'em.

Added to both commands, with a TODO note about handling that when I do  
the cleanup. Both commands applied to pending.
