I agree with this.  It should be "Tim Bird" for now, and then if Gaurang adds
some material to finish this (which is the intent), we can add another
copyright line for him.  It's very alpha at the moment, but has the basic
framework in place and some of the hard bits done (parsing, filter tree,
boolean logic for complex expressions, etc.)
