[Toybox] Working towards a release Sunday (July 6).

I meant to get out a release this past weekend but I was on bed rest and
no caffeine (doctor's orders because I wasn't recovering fast enough
from the heat exhaustion at TXLF), so I didn't get nearly as much done
as planned. This friday's a holiday here in the US, so that should give
me a little more time to work on stuff.

My big todo item is trying to catch up with the pending directory so I
at least don't fall _behind_ on the number of pending commands this
release. Ideally I'd like to catch up a bit beyond that, but we'll see.

(Another reason I didn't want to just cut a release with what I've got
and move on is I really want to get the mount/umount work finished and
in this time.)

Which of course emeans that at the moment I'm doing none of that, and
instead going through Divya's two rounds of new tests and cleaning
_them_ up. (They don't need to be promoted, but they do reveal some
intersting corner cases, such as the chmod test failing because "chmod
000 dir" results in a directory rm -rf can't delete. Fixing that now...)
