[Toybox] ELC talk.

So I'm giving a "what's new with toybox" at ELC later this month (same
place the 2013 talk linked from the site came from), and I thought I'd
ping the list to see if there were specific topics people wanted covered.

I'm at the usual "3 hours of material, 40 minutes of presentation time"
stage of talk prep. I suspect I should cover code cleanup and how to do
it (although the specific talk proposal on that wasn't the one they
accepted, so). Roadmap and rationale thereof (now including the needs of
Tizen and Android as I understand them, although Tizen seems to have
gone quiet again...)
