[Toybox] [PATCH] stat - support %m, %t, %T, format for files and added -t, -L options

Hi,

Added %m, %t and %T formats for files:
%m  Mount point
%t  Major device type in hex
%T  Minor device type in hex

And added -L and -t options to stat:
-L Follow links
-t Display information in terse form

plz check.
