[Toybox] modprobe status

As toys/pending/README says, it's a lottery at best. I keep meaning to
properly dig into it but my work schedule's been a bit crazy the past
few months. (Ok, most of this year has been crazy. In the past month
I've been in tokyo, minneapolis, austin, san francisco, and am currently
in san diego through friday.)

I don't personally use modules in the systems I put together, so I
haven't tested the modprobe submission much. There's a whole pile of
"commands requiring root access" which screw up the system to the point
of requiring a reboot if they go wrong, which I've meant to put together
qemu-based testing for but I was using

But just haven't had time to work on it since. As with many things, I
know approximately what I need to do, but need more than 15 minute
intervals of "too tired to do actual paying work" to to do them in. :P

I'm seriously hoping 2017 sucks less in this regard,
