[Toybox] A couple of minor fixes

No - we were running Toybox 0.7.1 and it already had the change from INT_MAX to INT_MAX/2.  So the workaround wasn't working for us.

that's the one that toybox already has a workaround for. this thread is about a *new* glibc bug.
