[Toybox] BSD style options for ps.

i've been mildly/pleasantly surprised that no-one's asked for them on
Android yet. i would say i haven't noticed their absence.

i would say i haven't noticed personally, but i still haven't been
brave enough to actually switch my host bin over to toybox. one of
these days...
