It's not your fault, it's my fault for not finishing them and checking them in yet.

My new (well, 5 year old but "surplus never used") laptop is a Dell, and when
its battery falls to 5 percent it resumes from software suspend so Windows can
suspend to disk, in a way that Linux never gets notified to suspend to disk. So
if I suspend it at 10% battery and stick it in my laptop bag, if I don't get
home to plug it in fast enough it'll resume itself in the bag, run through the
last 5% battery, and hard power off.

Thanks Dell! I haven't figured out how to stop this. It turns "I have 4 hours to
do this" to "I have half an hour to do this". And when it does happen, I lose my
own windows and tend to forget todo items until I go do a trawl for
half-finished stuff (of which there's multiple dozens).

tl;dr Yeah, I forgot. Sorry.

Rob
