[Toybox] CPU always maxed in top

On current git master:

The 400% cpu means it's a 4x SMP system, that's the total available CPU.

370% idle means 30% of one CPU is used (22% user and 9% sys, mostly chromium
background noise), and the remaining 3 and 3/4 processor time is idle.

I'm happy to change that, but I'm not sure how to make it clearer while still
presenting the information? (I am thinking of doing an htop style display with
bar graphs though. But first I want to get the existing CPU usage down, top is
too expensive to run on low-end systems...)
