[Toybox] [PATCH] README: switch to markdown.

Looks better on GitHub.

Basically the same, but I removed the instructions that take you to the
same text as the link in "Why Toybox?". (Because if there was a difference
there, those instructions need to be rewritten for clarity anyway!)
