[Toybox] [PATCH] vmstat: increase column sizes

In his defense -- and the reason why I suggested he just send as-is anyway
-- the procps vmstat doesn't fit in 80 columns on any of my machines *and*
doesn't line up. So toybox is getting 1/2 to their 0/2, and even if you did
auto-size the columns, it would help any contemporary
phone/laptop/desktop/server anyway, just the IoT folks.
