[Toybox] Is: mkroot status? Was: are you on holls or has mail dumped?

As far as I know, mkroot is working in properly in the 0.8.6 release. Poke me if
anything doesn't work.

There were a lot of last minute fixes to it because the cleanups I did earlier
subtly broke stuff...
