[Toybox] bug? in modprobe when reading modprobe.d config files

>From toybox version 0.8.4.
pending/modprobe seems to stop reading modprobe.d config files when it
encounters an empty line.
Specs say it should ignore empty lines instead of stopping.
Is this the right place to file bugs?
