[Toybox] [PATCH] pmap: cleanup.

[enh]

Remove unbounded scanfs. Also reduce the amount of allocation and
freeing by reusing the getline() buffer.

Correct syntax in help. Improve error messages.

Implement -p.

Use FLAG() and simplify implementation slightly.
