[Toybox] Wikipedia[citation needed] is still wrong.

If they're still going to commemorate licenses toybox isn't under in the side
box, would anyone like to edit every FSF project page (starting with gcc) to
commemorate their switch from GPLv2 to GPLv3 in 2007?
And of course edit the Linux page to commemorate their switch from the "no
commercial use" license statement to GPLv2 in 1992?
See the release notes for 0.12:
https://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/mpe/linux-fullhistory.git/commit/?id=9d4ad8b823e99329530f2e0483211ac06c130e2b
And 0.95:

And 0.97:
https://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/mpe/linux-fullhistory.git/commit/?id=89c09f7fae5835f842238a3eaa373e8a42d702f2
Plus Busybox's switch from "GPLv2 or later" to GPLv2 only in 2006 (git commit
94b383d4196f) is probably equally deserving of a sidebar:
https://lwn.net/Articles/202106/
All those projects should have multiple licenses in the sidebar if toybox does.
And who knows how many OTHER projects there are out there in need of similar
updates...
(Or they could revert the toybox page change...)

P.S. The last GPLv2 release of gcc was 4.2.1 and the last GPLv2 release of
binutils was 2.17, BUT the FSF deleted the 2.17 tarball off of their website and
replaced it with a "2.17a" tarball including GPLv3 code, and then symlinked the
old 2.17 name to 2.17a so people would unknowingly ship GPLv3 binaries and could
get sued. I was kind of annoyed at the time:

You can get the ACTUAL last GPLv2 binutils tarball from
http://landley.net/aboriginal/mirror/binutils-2.17.tar.bz2
Or get the last GPLv2 _commit_ (I was trying to upgrade to armv7 support) at:
