[Toybox] Does anybody have the diff pdf?

my copy of plan 9 gave the actual name of the paper ("An Algorithm for
Differential File Comparison"), at which point the PDF is Google's first
match: https://www.cs.dartmouth.edu/~doug/diff.pdf
