[Toybox] NDK 28-beta2 still doesn't understand -static-libasan

Alas,
http://lists.landley.net/pipermail/toybox-landley.net/2024-July/030447.html
did not make it into n28-beta2:

$ android-ndk-r28-beta2/toolchains/llvm/prebuilt/linux-x86_64/bin/clang
-static-libasan
clang: error: unknown argument '-static-libasan'; did you mean
'-static-libsan'?
clang: error: no input files

Any idea when it might wind up in an NDK?

Rob

P.S. is there a reason neither google nor ecosia can find the above
mailing list message and I had to search my mbox files? I checked
http://lists.landley.net/robots.txt and I don't THINK dreamhost has
inserted something borked in there again? Do they need to add an
explicit User-agent: * allow / bit at the end or something? Googling for
"landley toybox" brings up https://landley.net/toybox as the first hit
despite my domain's robots.txt being just a "GPT idi na khuy" pair of
lines from getting annoyed one day, without an explicit allow line...
