[Toybox] [PATCH] readelf: fix -S 'x'.

(i'm actually planning on implementing some of the machine-specific
stuff here next, because this came up in real life recently where
someone had to use llvm-readelf to see what was really going on. but
"not even admitting that there were bits whose meaning we can't
decode" seemed like the biggest sin.)
