[Toybox] taskset test failure

i haven't had time to look at this yet (and i'm ooo tomorrow), but
there's a new[1] test failure on android:

1. i didn't realize i hadn't taken the taskset changes from march, so
today's attempt to sync to get the top fix is the first time we've
pulled in the taskset changes.
