[Toybox] mkroot / toybox: umask missing & pipe kill the shell

I report what they seems to me two shortcomings to fix:

https://landley.net/bin/mkroot/0.8.13/x86_64.tgz

- umask is missing
- pipe kill the shell

Run /init as init process
Type exit when done.
$ uname -ar
Linux (none) 6.17.0 #1 Sat Oct 11 17:14:45 CDT 2025 x86_64 Toybox
$ umask
sh: umask: No such file or directory
$ toybox | grep umask
$ reboot: Restarting system
