Aboriginal -- Discussion of Aboriginal Linux use and development

About Aboriginal
English (USA)

We cross compile so you don't have to.

Aboriginal Linux builds complete native development environments capable of natively rebuilding themselves from source. Build natively on real hardware, or use QEMU to emulate mips/arm/sparc/etc and build natively for those targets on cheap x86 hardware. (Even use distcc to call out to a cross compiler in a way that doesn't re-open the cross compiling can of worms.)
