[Aboriginal] [PATCH] Replace FWL with ABL in the scripts

Yay updates!  I applied the first three already.

I got a bounce message from gmail for your address earlier today
(although that could mean anything).  Should it be "giro" or "igor" in
the middle there?

I don't use the "ABL" abbreviation for Aboriginal.  (FWL wasn't a very
good one either, but it wasn't tempting to try to pronounce.  ABL looks
like "able" and people could try to look up "Able Linux" and get confused.)

I'll clean up the FWL references here myself (unlikely to have time on
my lunch break, but I can do it this evening).

Hmmm...  I wonder when the last time I tested BINARY_PACKAGE_TARBALLS
was?  Oh well, no time like the present...
