[Toybox] New toy - mkfifo

[Georgi Chorbadzhiyski]

New toy - mkfifo.
  TODO: Add -m (mode) support.

I can't figure out how argument parsing works :( Can somebody please give me
a clue by adding -m support here. It should just initialize mode variable.
