For me the corresponding output for ls --help is (notice the end)

--color  device=yellow  symlink=turquoise/red  dir=blue  socket=purple
         files: exe=green  suid=red  suidfile=redback  stickydir=greenback
         =auto means detect if output is a tty.

ls: Unknown option help
