[Toybox] Finally being forced off gmail...

Sometime between now and Feb 15 I need to move my email off gmail because pop3
support is joining the Google Graveyard (at least that's how I read the attached
email). I'll probably switch it to use dreamhost's servers, but just letting you
know I may be incommunicado for a bit (and maybe lose some email in the switch).

On the bright side, hopefully this means I'll stop being unsubscribed from my
own mailing list twice a week, but system administration is still not how I
wanted to spend the holidays...
