If you click Advanced in the "Danger, Will Robinson!" window FF throw
ups on an expired certificate and add an exception to go there anyway,
you get the desired The ELLCC Embedded Compiler Collection page.  The
blog was last updated back in 2017, so it appears this effort is
currently unmaintained and no one is around to update the
certificate..
