[Toybox] [PATCH] scripts/runtest.sh: fix `toyonly` for sed.

[enh]

sed lies to fool autoconf, but also confuses the toybox test suite.
Without this patch we're skipping all "toyonly" tests on both GNU and
toybox sed.
