[Toybox] ftpget: Remove

I genuinely had trouble finding an FTP server to test until I remembered
those two. Regarding libxml2 it's poorly documented but you can pull source
from http://xmlsoft.org/sources/ *but* I believe most people these days
just pull the tag via GNOME git for the specific release they want.
