[Toybox] [PATCH] configure: use -Werror=format-security.

[enh]

Android requires this (and it seems to be on [as a warning, not an
error] by default on macOS too), so we end up fixing these eventually
anyway. Maybe worth just forcing ourselves to never commit breaking
changes?
