[Aboriginal] cpp in the native environment

Hello Rob,

Any chance to include the full cpp preprocessor in aboriginal. The problem with cc -E is it will not process includes. Although cpp is not used by much in linux it has proven handy as a non-c code preprocessor. 

Any chance it will make it in 1.1.1 ?
